Party: Live Nights - Presenting Smiti & Adhir

#Smiti is the #vocalist of #Delhi based band #Kitchensink. She has trained in #Hindustani as well as #Western #vocal styles and draws inspiration as a #singer and song-writer from #Jazz and #Blues as well as #Contemporary #Folk #music.

#Adhir is a Delhi-based #guitarist and #composer. Associated with many #bands such as #Five8, Kitchensink, Artists Unlimited and others, Adhir is one of the first-call guitarists in the city. He is also a teacher at Global Music Institute, one of Delhi's leading music schools.

Our guitar and voice duo-set features a range of jazz and blues standards, with swing tunes made famous by singers like Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Billie Holliday, Louis Armstrong and others. We also include contemporary Jazz voices like Norah Jones, Madeleine Peyroux and Melody Gardot. In addition to this, our set features some exciting arrangements of pop tunes and original songs!
