Back in the 90's there was a popular nightclub in Leicester called 'Krystals Discotheque'.
Many years after it had closed Krystals remained one of the most talked about nightclubs that played the 90s hits.
In 2010, Jason Rowell, a former DJ of the club, posted a Krystals facebook fan page and within days there was lots of interest. People sharing old photos, video clips and quoting those memories.
Jason then suggested a small reunion in 2011. Sharon Dealey noticed this post and held a meeting. From there, Krystals Promotions was born.
We specialise in providing dance acts, the 90s music, and live PA's.
Our first successful event called 'The Reunion' in Sept 2012, allowed us to secure a further 3 bank holidays events.
Our Dejavu event on BH May 5th 2013, provided dance acts, and of course reliving those 90s dancing memories. Our 3rd event 'The Trilogy' we invited Baby D live who rocked the stage singing 'Let me be your fantasy', and at our most recent event we invited Kelly Llorenna from N-trance, who sang the hit 'Set you free'.
Krystals Promotions have devised a video on you tube called 'The Krystals Discotheque Story' which showcases our work, but also helps to re-live those Krystals memories against a back drop of fantastic 90s music.
