Jokes Please! is an award-winning stand-up comedy show that happens every Thursday at LMG.

The Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge are visiting Canada AND JOKES PLEASE! WAS IN VICTORIA REPORTING LIVE! The duo came out singing to the same theme that Alladin did after the Genie helped him. It was like,

“Prince Willy - and Katie - in CANADAAaaa
Monachy is molarchy
But the people still want to see…
People stood for hours
In light rain showers
Because Granny is on their MOoonNEY!”

Then a whole bunch of fire breathers, monkeys and elephants danced around. It was neat. OKAY WE COULDN’T SEE A THING! Because there were too many people, who would have guessed that?

Also, they shot cannons that were so loud that some people thought we were in the midst of an actual Royal Navy Battle. Turns out it was just the bizarre habit of using loud blanks in actual weapons to “celebrate” a large group of people being in a vulnerable area. Yep, no possible risks there.
