Meet DJ Girish aka (Warrior G) from Kolkata your ultimate answer to every party “question”. Emerging in the dance music scene in the year 2001 DJ Girish has destroyed dance floors, smashing the energies for more than a decade in his city and everywhere were he has performed. Starting his journey in 2001 by emerging the eastern India winner of The War of the DJs 2002 by Times of India he went on to acquire Resident DJ status in a posh nightspot called Shisha. Thereon he has jet set the club life in Kolkata city to a different level with his various sounds, experimental music and performances. Girish was chosen as the Best Freshest talent of the year 2004 by Times of India and Telegraph (local dailies of Kolkata). He was also chosen as the first DJ Face (Brand Representative) for Reliance Telecom to be featured on the billboards of Kolkata. However from those days till date playing and performing dance music for him has been a joy ride.

He has played and performed all across Bangkok, Dubai, Phuket, Singapore, Pataya, Malaysia, Chiang Mai, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Bangalore and Delhi and various other cities in India. In 2010 he won the Ultimate DJ championship (UDC) Eastern India and emerged as Top 5 DJs in national finals organized by submerge India.

DJ G now enjoys a star DJ status in Kolkata city and a loyal residency at the no. 1 club Shisha (top 20 clubs in India). His power packed sets defines decibels to the next level of dance music where he also MCs over his sets which makes his dance floor product very energy driven leaving the audience very captivating and asking for more.
