Lemon City Trio
Lemon City Trio is a band based out of Miami bringing a fresh taste to funk music. Every show brings energy for people to dance to, and sophistication to appreciate. The band honed its sound monthly at one of Miami's best live music venues, Lagniappe House, and used it as a platform for creating a sound that is unique and infectious. Their debut EP, 'Welcome to the Neighborhood,' takes the listener on a journey through a wide range of textures and style. From the hip hop edge of, Jawn, to the laid back New Orleans style tune, Don't Vibe Me Billy, the Lemon City Trio demonstrates their broad range of influences and taste. It is a band formed out of the love for the tradition of organ trio music, and seeks to pick up the torch and take it to new places. Their live show is inviting and fun for the audience.
