For the Groundhog, it's been a bad day after receiving an early wake-up call out of hibernation and having his weather prognostication mocked by weathermen everywhere. More Winter? Early Spring? The Groundhog's plans were going to be the same either way, sleep off all those unsightly hibernation pounds the next 6 weeks. Now he's going to look terrible in a Speedo all swimsuit season.
The Groundhog has a lot to be grumpy about, but he's rather excited to be hosting tonight's comedy show. Acts are only guaranteed 1 minute on stage, but if they amuse the Groundhog, then they will be extended to perform longer. Which means The Groundhog will either laugh his troubles away or release his tensions on the acts.
