Venus 2 is an electric duo that loves to perform and entertain! The duo, Diane and Bruce Black, (along with their unpaid drummer, bass, and keyboard players who remain hidden in a little box throughout the night) have been in the music industry for some years now in previous rock bands throughout NSW and through their relationship formed Venus 2 which is now a full time working duo that travels throughout the state to entertain crowds of all ages! They have had an extraordinary reception at every venue they have performed and have been complimented in most venues by the demand for CDs of their music. The music covered is a selection of retro classic material blending from rock, pop, disco, country, and soft rock material that has earned itself a nostalgic reputation that everybody is familiar with. Songs from Status Quo, Choirboys, Mellencamp, Tina Turner, Barnsey, CCR, Pink, Shania Twain, Abba, Wild Cherry, Dragon, Missy Higgins and so many more that get the crowd on the dance floor.
