We had a great response to our Active Open Week in September however we know that the weather and bad flu season meant that some of the community that wanted to try us out didn't get to train with us. Therefore we are reviving our Active Open Week to give you that opportunity.
UNLIMITED training from Monday 13 Nov to Sat 18 Nov at Step into Life Ocean Grove for all non-members.
Members bring along your friends and family to experience training with you.
