Our Friday night dance is turning into a toddler!
We'll be celebrating the second anniversary of our weekly Friday night dance with this month's live band on March 25th. In addition to our usual live bandy hijinks, we'll also have birthday snacks, as well as a Jedi Jack & Jill dance competition. If you've never seen a Jedi contest before, you're in for a hoot. We'll blindfold the competitors and judge them on their entertainment value divided by the damage they cause (as measured in hit points).
We'll kick off the evening with a drop-in beginner dance lesson at 8:35pm - neither partner nor experience are necessary. The band will drop the beat at 9:25pm, and then we dance our tushes off. :)
Date: Friday March 25th
Times: Doors open at 8:15pm, lesson begins at 8:35pm, band starts at 9:25pm, and we dance up a storm until 12:30am.
Location: 2750 Quadra St (in Dance Victoria, just north of Hillside)
Price: $13 adults, $10 students
