A CIDER vs MEAT feast [with veggie options]

£15 tickets include 1 dish from selection and 2 half pints of cider from choice of 30, along with tutored tasting session of 6 ciders
£22 tickets as above but includes special Cider vs Cheese tasting, and brandy & mead sessions

Join The Cider Box for a special Sunday afternoon session taking place in the Queen of Hoxton’s rooftop WigWamBam http://www.queenofhoxton.com/rooftop/, London's only rooftop wigwam, celebrating the start of the best harvest in over a decade, and toasting 2015s finest pressed & fermented fruit delights.
We'll be raising a glass or 2 to the orchards of the West Country- think real cider made only from 100% fresh pressed apple juice, super rare Perry, mead from the bee hives and a first outing of 2015's hot spiced cider, made using apples from the West and spices from the East. There'll also be lashings of cider brandy, and of course a huge open fire, upon which our chef will be serving stacked plates of delicious grub, expertly paired to compliment the flavours in your glass.
Alongside the plethora of brilliant booze, the plates of food, and the mountains of cheese, we'll have tutored tasting sessions, timed throughout the day, and for a strictly limited group, we'll be hosting one of our infamous cider vs cheese sessions.
We're taking the opportunity to celebrate our 3rd birthday on the roof, and pay thanks to the team at Queen of Hoxton for taking a punt with real cider mischief makers. As part of the celebrations we'll be giving away more than a handful of cider, brandy and cheese throughout the day, as well as a super star prize of a weekend in Somerset, complete with guided cider tours, secret tasting sessions, brilliant accommodation and a goodie bag to take home. Each ticket counts as 1 entry into the draw. Additional tickets will be available to buy on the day.
