Our mission is to provide a safe and trusted atmosphere for our members. To teach boxing based techniques and exercises to improve speed, agility, flexibility, motor skills and reaction times, accuracy, control and overall health. To use boxing based techniques teach core skills such as discipline, dedication, goal achievement, and control. To offer mentoring and coaching to teach relationship building, team building, confidence and self esteem. Our classes are welcome to all ages and genders - everyone starts somewhere!
