1 Getting the evening started, HIGH WAISTED will make a party out of their set with their lo-fi fuzzy bass, reverb drenched guitars and radiant harmonies. Fronted by Jessica Louise Dye and backed by three long haired hunks, this surf band has pop sensibilities with an affliction for rock and roll.

2 The three piece post punk electro dance rock hybrid that form Beta Motel are second up this week. The band from Providence R I and fronted by Josh Kemp, ex The Chinese Stars / MahiMahi , make rock music generated by a slew of technology - synthesizers and computers blended with heavilty effected guitar and vocals. Somewhere between Devo and the Ramones, Beta Motel join the cult of Garage Land.

3.The riff-heavy, post-punk anthems of HARD NIPS come to the Good Room this Wednesday . Japanese girls Yoko, Saki, Hitomi and The Gooch are renowned for their jabbing, overdriven guitar and bass lines, big straight beats, and Yoko’s prepubescent straining. Playing us into the midnight hour Hard Nips aim to make this headline show a night to remember.
