The Thieves of Sunrise will lay down some sounds that will make you a witness, not just a fan, to their music. The band started from humble beginnings and was originally formed in Dallas, Texas in 2010 by singer/song writer Matthew Marcus McDaniel. His vision was not only to produce soul moving music, but to use that music to reach out and touch people’s lives. Peace and love do exist, and it lives in their music. Traveling constantly within their home state and across the country, they are passionate about spreading the good word. “Music that you feel” is the only way to describe the music coming from this band.

The Thieves Of Sunrise sound is a throwback no longer heard and sorely missed. The band has a clear-cut southern style that shows up and comes out kickin’ with a braided mix of sharp, fresh, get down sounds. You will hear grooves hittin’ hard and throwing down 60s/70s rock n roll soul. It’s a spiritual slap simmering with a melted blues undercurrent. Their goal is to create bold arrangements and lyrics filled with passion and purpose, all of which travel the trails of uninhibited inspiration with an honest creativity from each diverse band member. To all of our future witnesses’ out there, the goal is simple. The Thieves of Sunrise want to create“can you dig it?”music for good people and good times. They will provide audiences with a bone shakin’, soul rattlin awakening. The Thieves of Sunrise will use their gifts to inspire the lives of their listeners. Hey, It’s a REVOLUTION man, and you’re invited!
