Notice is hereby given that the 2014 annual general meeting of the company will be held at Pauls Sports Club, Salmet Close, Ipswich, IP2 9BA on Wednesday 26th November at 19:30 for the following purposes:

1. To receive the report of the directors and the accounts for the year ended 2013
2. To re-elect the management committee
3. To re-appoint John Phillips Accountants as the company's auditors until the next annual general meeting

Any questions from members must be submitted in writing addressed to the chairperson, at the address above, no later than 18:00 on Sunday 23rd November 2014.

All registered individual and family adult members are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.
