So just clarifying, there's no more tickets avail to the movie or trivia aspect of the event, but come join us for the band at the end! And in the meantime, you can join the Harry Potter trivia that is happening in the front bar, and have some dinner at Belly Bao!

**UPDATE!
Hey guys! Happy Lion King week! We just wanted to clarify a few points on what you can expect at the party this Wednesday.

+ This event has been a lot more popular than we expected so note well, it will be a bit cosy.
+ Please note that Goodgod's Danceteria is not a fully seated venue. We will have our usual booths and some fold-out chairs but not enough to seat everyone. But we have heaps of standing area with some surfaces for drinks etc.
+ This is a celebration of the movie rather than a strict viewing session. We'll have it on nice and loud but keep in mind that the bar will be open so there’ll be a bit of background noise. Come in with an open mind and have fun!
+ Here's the program guide for the night:
Doors: 7pm
Movie: 7.15 - 8.45pm
Trivia: 9.00 - 9.30pm
Band: 10.00 - 10.30pm

In 1994, a young lion cub was flung into the air by a baboon, to the roaring applause of hundreds of animals gathered to check out the future king. 21 years later, The Lion King has inspired a broadway musical, two direct-to-video follow up movies, two spin-off series and has become the highest-grossing 2D animated film of all time. It’s time to dress in drag and do the hula – that is, let’s celebrate!

Come to Goodgod on Wed 1st April from 7pm for the movie, followed by trivia, followed by the entire soundtrack being performed in their own style by psychedelic pop outfit, and Sydney favourites, Richard In Your Mind.
