-self-defense based on 3 systems: Israeli Krav Maga, Russian Systema (commando self-defense), Polish Combat 56
-how to defend yourself and others, even against different weapons and multiple opponents
-exercises to cope with stress and massage techniques for tensions
fitness and stretching
-exercises to cope with back problems,stress and not only
