Mr Tea and the Minions
Mr Tea and the Minions bring so much fun and energy to the stage! They love to mix and mash genres, mainly blending styles such as Balkan, Ska, Gypsy Jazz, Dub, Funk and more into an exciting collective mass of fun and energy that always gets their audience bouncing!
The Minions erupted onto the UK scene from summer 2014 onwards with highlights being Boomtown festival and Croatia’s Goulash Disko Festival, as well as many crazy gigs all over the UK and being main support for high profile acts such as Electric Swing Circus, The Destroyers, Yes Sir Boss!!!, Mr B. The Gentleman Rhymer, Dizraeli and more!
The 6 members all have great chemistry that comes from strong friendship and passion for the music they write and play together!

The Skata Tones
Rumour has it that if you turn an ear to South-Western winds, you'll hear the reggae, the ska and the funk of four fabled men and one lively lady. Winning the hearts of skilled-skankers, giddy gig-goers and BBC-introducers, Skata Tones play both originals and covers to meet your roots-flavoured needs.
Once upon a time a simple college project, this band has blown the roof off sky-high expectations, triumphing to the final 3 of 600 bands in The Covent's music competition. They’ve played half a dozen festivals in 2014, some favourites being The Sunwest and BAAM Festival. In addition, they’ve supported The Wurzels and The Skints – a bit of a highlight, considering how huge an influence the latter has been to the band.
That’s not all, though: their EP (free for download, you lucky sods) was mastered by Big Country’s Tony Butler, and their very popular song ‘Statistics’ has been aired on radio (once declared so good that you don’t care about it being stuck in your head... for a week straight).
