In November 2008 Rony released an EP "Moments Of Clarity" and a single "Damaged Goods" in March 2010. Damaged Goods was featured as the theme track for the Hallmark film “Newly Weds”, which aired in March 2013.

Rony's Insomnia is currently mixing their debut album Count to ten.

Music Critics and listeners around the world have praised Rony's unique sound, rare voice and guitar playing.

"Rony's insomnia's work is just absolutely beautiful… sublime even. These are some of the most gorgeous pieces of music I’ve had the pleasure of listening to. Acoustic, chilled out dreamy folk / rock ballads that will enrich your life. Rony, if you're reading this, please come to England and play some shows."

John Colson, Vents Magazine.

"Israeli-American Rony's Insomnia is clearly a rocker and a raw talent.. Watching her run her beautiful Les Paul through a series of pedals was something you rarely see at Banjo Jim’s... knows her way around the fret board and has real command of a surprisingly diverse number of styles.. Understatedly intense... poignantly soulful, incisive, amazingly precise blues runs... Her originals put a harder-rocking spin on inventively jazz-tinged, late 70s Joni Mitchell styling, along with a big, crunchy, hypnotic rock anthem that she artfully assembled layering, singing and soloing...exploring a whole slew of styles..somebody worth keeping your eye on."
